Elevate

Elevate is a dining table inspired by Chef Grant Achatz ‘s restaurant Aliena is based in Chicago. Achatz believes in breaking down every element of the resturant to change the experience of dining. To him the “dining experience ” isn’t limited to theatre & magic in just food but also in every aspect of the restaurant. Taking inspiration from one of his philosophies - “illusion”, Elevate was born.

Elevate is inspired by a tablecloth and is designed to give an illusion of it. The idea of table is to project an illusion of a floating tablecloth.
